By way of present writ petition filed under Article 226/227 of the Constitution of India, petitioner has approached this Court inter alia for issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari for quashing the impugned order dated 22.05.2018, Annexure P-1, passed by respondent No.4, whereby, licence of Brick Kiln No.B.K./RWR/170, has been cancelled. 2.

State counsel has placed on record copies of communication dated 01.02.2024 and 19.03.2024, received from the Joint Director (Brick Kiln), to submit that the appeal filed by the petitioner is pending before respondent No.3, for want of decision in FIR No.0211 dated 04.07.2022.
