Prayer made was for directing to absorb the petitioners against the regular vacant posts of craft teachers in the Rural Development and Panchayat Department, regarding which learned counsel for the petitioners fairly states that during the pendency of the case, petitioner Nos.2 to 4 have been granted the said relief w.e.f. December 2006, while petitioner No.1 had passed away on 25.05.2006. He, however, further states that they would submit a representation for considering the period prior thereto as qualifying service for pension, which may be directed to be decided in a time bound manner, to which learned State counsel has no objection. 2.

Disposed of accordingly. In case the petitioners submit a representation within a period of 4 weeks, the same shall be decided expeditiously in accordance with law.
