Prayer in the present petition is for issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari quashing the notice dated 22.02.2023 (Annexure P-9) issued by the respondents vide which they have started the re-counseling process of the petitioners without even deciding their representation in view of the order dated 14.09.2022 (Annexure P-5) passed by a Coordinate Bench and quashing the list (Annexure P-7) issued by the respondents showing the MANGAL SINGH 2023.03.15 09:17 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order/judgment.
