This is a petition under section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking quashing of FIR in question registered by Vigilance Bureau. Learned State counsel at the outset submits that during the pendency of this petition, charge has been framed and trial has made some headway. Out of seventeen witnesses cited by the prosecution, eleven have already been examined. Under the circumstances, this court finds no ground to interference in inherent jurisdiction. Disposed of. Needless to observe that petitioner shall be at liberty to raise all the pleas before the trial court at the appropriate stage.
