(ORAL) By this common order, I shall dispose of above-titled two petitions under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for quashing FIR No.187 dated 21.09.2013 registered under Sections 148, 149, 323, 324, 326, 506 IPC at Police Station Chhachrauli, District Yamuna Nagar, and cross-version recorded under Sections 323 and 326 IPC in the aforesaid FIR along with all consequential proceedings arising therefrom, on the basis of compromise arrived at between the parties.

-2CRM-M-17327 of 2018 In compliance of order dated 06.02.2020, learned counsel for the petitioners, in both petitions, have produced receipts of `20,000/- each. The same are taken on record. Registry is directed to verify the deposit of costs by the petitioners with the concerned quarters. Pursuant to order dated 18.01.2019 of this Court, the parties appeared before learned Judicial Magistrate (I) Class, Sub Division, Bilaspur, on 28.01.2019 to get their statements recorded. Learned Judicial Magistrate (I) Class, Sub Division, Bilaspur, has submitted his report vide letter bearing No.32 dated 30.1.2019, duly forwarded by learned District and Sessions Judge, Yamuna Nagar, vide letter No.2243 dated 31.01.2019. According to the above report, parties have effected compromise with their free volition and same is not the result of undue influence or coercion. None of the accused has been declared as proclaimed offender.

Therefore, in view of above and the fact that the compromise will bring peace and harmony between the parties, FIR No.187 dated 21.09.2013 registered under Sections 148, 149, 323, 324, 326, 506 IPC and cross-version recorded under Sections 323 and 326 IPC at Police Station Chhachrauli, District Yamuna Nagar, along with all subsequent proceedings arising therefrom, are quashed.

Disposed of accordingly.
