Mr. Tarun Yadav, Advocate for the petitioner. **** Anupinder Singh Grewal, J. (Oral) The petitioner has challenged the impugned letter/order dated 14.12.2023 (Annexure P-23) whereby his application for allotment under the oustees quota has been rejected.

A perusal of the impugned letter/order dated 14.12.2023 indicates that the application of the petitioner has been rejected in a cryptic manner without assigning any reason whatsoever.

Issue notice to the respondents.

Mr. Anant Kataria, DAG Haryana Punjab accepts notice on behalf of the respondent No.1. Mr. Ankur Mittal, Advocate accepts notice on behalf of respondents No.2 to 4 and submits that the impugned letter/order dated 14.12.2023 shall be withdrawn and respondent No.4 shall pass a fresh order after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner.

In view of the above, the petition is disposed of with the direction that the petitioner would be at liberty to submit a fresh application within a week and KUMARI SAPNA 2025.07.31 12.52 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this order/judgement

CWP-5443-2025 he shall also appear in the office of the respondent No.4 at 11:00 AM on 11.08.2025 and heard by respondent No.4. The respondent No.4 would consider and decide his application in accordance with policy, within a period of four weeks thereafter.
