The present regular second appeal is filed challenging the concurrent findings of facts returned by the Courts below in favour of the plaintiff-respondent in a suit filed for possession by way of redemption. 2.

Learned counsel for the appellant submits that the shop in question which was under his tenancy has since been acquired and compensation thereof has been paid to the respondent-owner, therefore, the present appeal be disposed of as having been rendered infructuous.
