**** ANITA CHAUDHRY, J (ORAL) Through the instant petition, the petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail in case FIR No. 456 dated 30.11.2016, registered under Sections 328, 363, 366, 376, 377, 498-A, 506, 34 IPC, Police Station Murthal, Sonepat.

Settlement has been effected. Report has been received from Mediation and Conciliation Centre. Petitioner has already joined investigation.

Looking to the circumstances, but without commenting on the merits of the case, the petition is allowed and order dated 22.5.2017 granting interim bail to the petitioner is made absolute subject to the conditions laid down in Section 438 Sub Section 2 Clauses (i)(ii) and (iii) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
