(Oral) The prayer in the present petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India is for the issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus for directing the respondents No.1 to 3 to protect the life and liberty of the petitioners, who have started living together since 13.03.2022 at the residence of petitioner No.2 at the behest of the private respondents No.4 and 5.

None appears on behalf of the petitioners.

The learned State counsel on instructions from ASI William Masih submits that the statement of mother of petitioner No.2-Sandeep Singh has been recorded, as per which, petitioner No.1-Anjali is residing with her parental family at Jammu whereas petitioner no.2-Sandeep Singh is SUKHPREET KAUR 2022.07.21 02:58 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
