 , J (Oral)   This petition was filed seeking directions to the official respondents to conclude the investigation in FIR No.12 dated 20.06.2017 registered under Sections 409, 420, 467, 468, 417 and 120-B IPC and Section 13(1)(d) read with 13(2) of the Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988, at Police Station Vigilance Bureau, Amritsar. Learned State counsel, on instructions from Inspector Amolak Singh, submits that a cancellation report has been filed. In view of the statement made, learned counsel for the petitioner is not pressing the present petition with liberty to avail remedies in accordance with law.

Dismissed as not pressed with liberty as prayed for.
