******* SURINDER GUPTA, J.(Oral) The present petition has been filed under Section 438 Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No. 64 dated 09.04.2017 registered for the offence punishable under Section 22 of Narcotic Durgs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985, at Police Station Machhiwara, District Ludhiana. Heard.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has put in appearance before the trial Court and has been allowed interim bail under order dated 30.04.2018.

Learned State counsel submits that matter is still under investigation and FSL report is awaited. Challan has also not been presented in Court.

The petitioner is on interim bail and had absented before the Court on the date fixed for his appearance.
