Mohali, Punjab.
Learned counsel for the State, on instructions, submits that the trial is at the fag end, as out of 11 prosecution witnesses, 08 have already been examined Faced with the situation, learned senior counsel appearing for the petitioner wishes to withdraw the petition. Dismissed as withdrawn.
