(Oral) Prayer in this petition is for grant of regular bail to the petitioner, who has been booked for having committed the offence punishable under Sections 15/61/85 of NDPS Act, in a case arising out of FIR No.76, dated 31.05.2012, registered at Police Station Kurali, Mohali Distt. Mohali, Punjab.

Learned counsel for the State, on instructions, submits that the trial is at the fag end, as out of 11 prosecution witnesses, 08 have already been examined Faced with the situation, learned senior counsel appearing for the petitioner wishes to withdraw the petition. Dismissed as withdrawn.
