Tribhuvan Dahiya, J (Oral) Learned State counsel submits that the issue raised herein stands finally settled by the Supreme Court vide judgment rendered in Civil Appeal No.7136 of 2022, Vikas Kumar & others vs. State of Haryana & others. In case the petitioner has any claim in terms of the judgment, he can make a representation to respondent No.2, which will be considered in accordance with law.
