The present petition has been filed under Section 528 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS), 2023 seeking quashing of order dated 31.01.2025 passed by Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Ludhiana whereby evidence of the complainant is being closed in Criminal complaint case No.COMA/5326/2020 titled as "Mandeep Singh Vs. Kamalpreet Singh and Another".

At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present petition as the same has been rendered infructuous. 3.
