HARINDER SINGH SIDHU, J Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that pursuant to order dated 25.03.2021, the petitioner appeared before the learned trial Court and has been released on interim bail. The petitioner has also deposited a sum of Rs.20,000/- in the Poor Patient Welfare Fund, PGIMER, Chandigarh.

In view thereof, order dated 25.03.2021 is made absolute. The petitioner is directed to continue appearing before the learned trial Court as and when required.
