Present petition has been filed praying for grant of anticipatory bail in case FIR No.277, dated 11.09.2024, under Sections 303(2), 324(5), 329(3), 333 of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, registered at Police Station Division No.7, Ludhiana.

Learned State counsel at the outset submits, on instructions from SI Sukhwinder Singh, that the petitioners have already been arrested and thus the present petition is liable to be dismissed as infructuous. 3.
Learned counsel for the petitioners has also endorsed the submissions made by learned State counsel and submits that the present petition may be dismissed as having been rendered infructuous. 4.
In view of the statements made by learned counsel for the parties, the present petition is dismissed as having been rendered infructuous as the petitioners have been arrested.
