(ORAL) Through this petition under Section 439 Cr.P.C., prayer has been made for grant of interim bail for one week to the petitioner in case FIR No. 197 dated 18.06.2009, registered under Section 302 read with Section 34 IPC and Section 25 of the Arms Act at Police Station Sampla, District Rohtak, enabling the petitioner to attend the marriage of his real brother scheduled to be solemnized on 07.03.2019 and 08.03.2019. Heard.

No ground exists to grant interim bail to the petitioner. Dismissed.
