(Oral) CM-2986-C-2023 Learned counsel for the applicant/respondent No.1 has contended that the appellant has since sold the shop in question to respondent No.1 vide registered sale deed dated 25.06.1999, copy of that sale deed has been produced as Annexure A2. It is further stated that the matter has been compromised between the parties, vide written compromise, copy Annexure A1.

Keeping in view the above, the main appeal is taken up for hearing today itself.
