Counsel for the respondents submits that order dated 08.10.2025, passed by the Coordinate Bench in CWP-3831-2016, copy whereof is Annexure P-1, has since been stayed, vide order passed by the Division Bench in LPA-841-2026. Copy of the requisite order has been supplied in the Court today, which is taken on record. In view of the aforesaid order, at this stage, counsel for the petitioner submits that he does not want to pursue with the contempt petition and the same be dismissed as withdrawn.
