**** RITU BAHRI, J. (Oral) Present petition is for release of petitioner on regular bail in FIR No.233 dated 25.12.2016, under Section 304-B IPC, registered at Police Station Sadar Khanna, District Ludhiana. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is maternal uncle of the husband and he had nothing to do with the matrimonial affairs of the deceased family. He has been falsely implicated in the present case. Moreover, as per the medical treatment of the deceased, she was suffering from cancer from the last six years and this fact was not brought to the notice of the family members of the husband. I have heard the learned counsel for the parties and with their able assistance gone through the material available on record. The petitioner was arrested on 25.03.2017. Since then, he is in judicial custody and no useful purpose would be served to further detain Naresh Kumar 2017.05.26 09:49 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document Chandigarh him in jail. The final conclusion of trial will take a long time.

CRM-M-16501-2017 -2In view of above facts, the present petition is allowed. The petitioner is ordered to be released on regular bail on his furnishing adequate bail bonds and surety bonds to the satisfaction of learned trial Judge/Duty Magistrate, Ludhiana.

Needless to mention that, nothing observed here-in-above, would reflect, on merits in the trial of the main case, in any manner.
