(ORAL) In the instant petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C., prayer has been made for transfer of investigation in case FIR No. 267 dated 04.10.2019, under Sections 323, 324, 341 and 506 read with Section 34 IPC, Police Station Dera Bassi, District SAS Nagar, to police outside the said district.

Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that purpose of instant petition would be achieved, if, respondent No. 2-Senior Superintendent of Police, SAS Nagar, is directed to look into the matter and do the needful, if required.

In view of the above, respondent No. 2, is directed to look into the matter and, if, required, do the needful, in accordance with law The instant criminal writ petition stands disposed of, accordingly.
