Rajan Gupta, J (Oral) Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI-Satish Kumar, submits that out of 16 witnesses cited by the prosecution, 13 have been examined and 3 have been bound down for 24.8.2015. It appears that trial is near its culmination. No ground is made out for enlarging the petitioner on regular bail at this stage. Dismissed.
