At the out set, learned counsel for the respondents has submitted that the interest on the delayed payment has been released to the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has also submitted that the interest on the delayed payment has been released in favour of the petitioner and the present petition may be disposed of as the same has become infructuous .
