Learned State counsel on instructions from DSP Harsimran Singh Bal, who is present in Court, in compliance to the last order dated 17.03.2026, states that in FIR No.213 of 2023, 2 accused have been arrested and the 3rd has been declared innocent and in FIR No.64 of 2024, the sole accused also stands arrested and challan in both the cases shall be presented within a period of 4 weeks.

In view of which, learned counsel for the petitioner does not press the petition, however, seeks liberty to avail of any alternate remedy, that may be available, in accordance with law, in any grievance still subsists. 3.
