RITU BAHRI, J.(Oral) Petitioner is seeking issuance of directions to respondent Nos. 1 and 2 to initiate disciplinary proceedings against respondent No. 3 for harassing and also causing huge financial loss to the petitioner. Further prayer of the petitioner is for issuance of direction to respondent Nos. 1 and 2 to pass appropriate order on the complaints/representations dated 10.04.2018 (P-8), 14.03.2018(P-9) and 17.02.2020 (P-10) Issue notice of motion.

On asking of the Court, Mr. Harish Nain, AAG, Haryana accepts notice on behalf of the respondent-State. Without commenting upon merits of the case, this petition at this stage is being disposed of by giving direction to the respondent No. 1 and 2 to decide the complaints/representations dated 10.04.2018 (P-8), 14.03.2018(P-9) and 17.02.2020 (P-10), in accordance with law.
