**** ANITA CHAUDHRY, J(ORAL) The petitioner is seeking regular bail in FIR No. 03 dated 01.1.2016 registered at Police Station City Dhuri, District Sangrur under Sections 420, 312, 315, 120-B IPC and Section 4 of Medical Termination of Pregnancy Act, 1971.

Counsel for the petitioner contends that all the remaining accused are on bail and the petitioner is in custody since 01.1.2016. State counsel submits that 09 witnesses out of 15 witnesses have been examined.

The allegations against the petitioner are that she had violated the terms and conditions of Medical Termination of Pregnancy Act, 1971. The police had received a secret information on which a raid was effected and Gagandeep Kaur and the nurse (petitioner) were arrested.
