No.91 dated 22.08.2006 registered under Sections 15 of NDPS Act and 25 of Arms Act registered at Police Station Dyalpura, District Bathinda. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner has been in custody since 19.01.2016. He further points out that the another co-accused namely Mohinder Singh @ Kakka has already been granted

Anuradha 2016.08.04 10:45 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document CRM-M-17429-2016 -2regular bail by this Court vide order dated 26.02.2015 passed in CRMM-34161 of 2014 after he had suffered six months incarceration. Learned Additional Advocate General, on instructions from ASI Sukhdev Singh has accepted these factual assertions. Keeping in view the above facts and the period of incarceration already suffered by the petitioner, without going into the merits of the case, I deem it appropriate to release the petitioner on regular bail. Bail to the satisfaction of the trial Court/Duty Magistrate. Petition stands allowed.
