**** SANJAY VASHISTH, J. (Oral) This petition under Section 482, Cr.P.C., has been filed by the petitioner for quashing of Complaint No.9456/Peshi, Dated 04.02.2020, under Section 97 of Cr.P.C. (Annexure P-1), pending before Ld. Sub Divisional Magistrate, District Charkhi Dadri and also quashing of warrants dated 11.02.2020 (Annexure P-2), issued by Ld. Sub Divisional Magistrate, Charkhi Dadri. Besides a prayer for staying the order and execution of warrants dated 11.02.2020 (Annexure P-2) has also been made. Since matter has been taken up out of turn on request of learned counsel for the petitioner, there is no representation on behalf of respondent No.4.

At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that parties have sorted out their differences and are residing together. Therefore, there is nothing left in the present petition and same be ordered to be as infructuous. Dismissed as infructuous.
