RAMENDRA JAIN, J. (ORAL) In the instant petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No. 92 dated 30.03.2016, registered under Sections 120-B, 407 and 411 IPC at Police Station Tauru, District Mewat.

Heard.

Learned counsel for the State, on instructions from SI Sube Singh, states that despite the direction of this Court vide order dated 25.05.2017, the petitioner did not join the investigation. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case and in view of the above submission made by learned counsel for the State, the instant petition stands dismissed.
