******* SURINDER GUPTA, J.(Oral) Learned State counsel submits that petitioners have made a statement before the police that they do not apprehend any danger to their lives and liberty at this stage. However, as and when, they apprehend danger to their lives and liberty, they can move application before the police and requisite action as required be taken.
In view of submissions of learned State counsel, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw the petition with liberty to move application before the police as and when so required. Dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. ( SURINDER GUPTA ) September 28, 2018.
