JUSTICE AMIT RAWAL -.- AMIT RAWAL J.(ORAL) Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that during the interim protection granted by this Court on 11.05.2017 and 09.06.2017, challan has been presented and the petitioner has been granted regular bail. Learned counsel for the complainant submits that the petitioner is the sister-in-law of the deceased namely Kiranpal Kaur and had direct role in the crime.

The challan has been presented and nothing has been recovered from the petitioner. Moreover, in pursuance of the interim orders dated 11.05.2017 and 09.06.2017, the petitioner has joined the investigation. Keeping in view the aforementioned facts, the orders dated 11.05.2017 and 09.06.2017 are made absolute and the petition stands disposed of.
