(Oral) Prayer in this petition is for quashing of criminal complaint No.69/13 instituted on 20.11.2013 and summoning order dated 06.05.2015 whereby the petitioners are ordered to summon to face trial under Sections 323, 498-A and 506 IPC by the trial Court.

Pursuant to order dated 28.02.2017 of this Court, the report of Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Karnal has been received. As per the report, the charge has been framed against the accused on 17.02.2017 and now the case is fixed for 25.04.2017 for after charge evidence of the complainant. Taking into consideration all the facts, the present petition is disposed of by giving liberty to the petitioners to take all the pleas before the trial Court.
