(Oral) By way of moving present application, applicant-Ramandeep Kaur @ Aarti, seeks transfer of execution application with respect to petition under Section 9 of the Hindu Marriage Act, decided ex parte, against her, by the Court of Additional Civil Judge (Senior Division) -1, Fatehgarh Sahib. It is stated that application for setting aside of ex parte decree filed by the present applicant has since been dismissed. Under the circumstances, no ground is made out to transfer those proceedings.
