Workman - Ravi Kumar, Supervisor, has filed present writ petition, assailing the order dated 12.08.1997 (Annexure P-3) whereby application No.90/1991 filed under Section 33-C (2) of the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947, claiming wages on account of bonus and over time wages amounting to Rs.89,350/- has been decided. 2.
Learned Industrial Tribunal-cum-Labour Court decided the application and reached to the conclusion that workman is entitled only to a sum of Rs.5,500/-.

Present writ petition is pending before this Court since the year 1998.

Without any assistance, this Court is unable to decide whether any substantial question/issue still survives or not, requiring its adjudication. Thus, this Court is left with no other option except to dispose of the present writ petition for want of prosecution. Accordingly, present writ petition stands dismissed for nonprosecution. 6.
However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to move an appropriate application for seeking revival of the present writ petition, within eight weeks from today, in case, any substantive issue still exists along with a cause of action to the petitioner. 7.
