(ORAL) In the instant petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C., prayer has been made for issuance of direction to respondent No. 2-Director General of Plice, Haryana, not to order transfer of investigation in case FIR No. 0068 dated 29.04.2018 registered under Sections 302, 346 and 120- B IPC at Police Station Rozka Meo, District Nuh and issue directions for transferring the case to the State Crime Branch, to take necessary steps to conclude the pending investigation, after cause arresting of remaining accused.
