(ORAL) The appellants-defendants are in the present regular second appeal against the findings rendered by both the Courts below, whereby the suit of the plaintiffs for permanent injunction has been decreed by the trial Court and affirmed by the lower Appellate Court. This Court vide order dated 13.07.2018 had issued notice to the appellants at the address given in the memo of parties to make alternative arrangement as Mr. Yogesh Kumar Sharma, Advocate, earlier represented the appellants-defendants, had expired.

As per office report, notice issued to appellant Nos.1, 2 and 4 has not been received back either served or otherwise, whereas appellant No.3 has been served through brother-in-law, but there is no representation. It appears that the appellants are not interested in pursuing the
