******* SURINDER GUPTA, J.(Oral) The present petition has been filed under Section 438 Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No. 20 dated 06.03.2017 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 457, 380 of Indian Penal Code at Police Station City Dhuri, District Sangrur.

Heard.

Learned State counsel on instructions from ASI Gurmeet Singh submits that despite of orders dated 11.05.2017 and again on 11.07.2017, the petitioner has not joined the investigation. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that she has no instructions from the petitioner that he has joined or will the investigation. In view of submission made by learned State counsel and learned counsel for the petitioner, this petition is dismissed for noncompliance of orders dated 11.05.2017 and 11.07.2017.
