HARINDER SINGH SIDHU, J Petitioner prays for issuance of directions to respondent Nos.3 & 4 to protect their life and liberty at the hands of respondent Nos.5 to 11. It is stated that the petitioner submitted a representation dated 07.03.2022 (P.4) to respondent No.3 wherein he has given details of the threats being received by the petitioner from the private respondents but no action thereon has so far been taken.

Without commenting upon the merits of the case or opining on the veracity of the allegations contained in the representation, this petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.3 to look into the grievance of the petitioner, as raised by her in the application (P.4) and take appropriate action, in accordance with law.
