Status report dated 27.02.2024 filed by way of an affidavit of the Deputy Superintendent of Police, CAW&C, Sri Muktsar Sahib, District Sri Muktsar Sahib on behalf of respondents No.1 and 2 in Court today is taken on record.

A copy thereof has been handed over to learned counsel for the petitioner in Court; who goes through the same and submits that in view of the submissions made in para 6 of the said status report that "at present, no application is pending against the petitioner and his parents with the police of District Sri Muktsar Sahib", the present petition has been rendered infructuous and the same may be disposed of as such.
