Learned counsel for the appellant today states that he has not been able to contact the legal representatives of the sole appellant. As per the office report, the sole appellant has since expired. In view thereof, no useful purpose would be served by issuing notice to the sole appellant. 2.

In view of the above, this Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the present appeal for non-prosecution. 3.

Dismissed for non-prosecution with liberty to revive in case anything survives in the matter. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
