Contentions of learned counsel for the petitioner Mr.Jaswinder Singh that the petitioner is in custody since 08.04.2015 and that the parties have effected compromise and has relied upon compromise deed dated 07.09.2015 (Annexure P7), have not been controverted by learned State counsel on instructions from ASI Anoop Singh, PS Dera Bassi.
In the light of these submissions and the fact that quashing proceedings on the basis of compromise are still pending, this Court without going into the merits of the case, is of the opinion that no useful purpose will be served by keeping the petitioner behind bars in the present case. Accordingly, she is ordered to be released on regular bail to the satisfaction of trial Court. The present petition stands disposed off accordingly. # !$ !%&'%()%*+"
