**** HARKESH MANUJA, J. (ORAL) By way of present petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., prayer has been made for issuance of directions to conclude the investigation of FIR No.375 dated 15.10.2022 under Sections 452 and 506 IPC, P.S. Sadar Narwana, Jind.

Learned State counsel on instructions from ASI Kuldeep Singh, P,S. Sadar Narwana submits that the investigation is going on and the final report with regard to the afore-mentioned FIR shall be submitted before the Illaqa Magistrate within a period of 15 days from today upon consideration of representation dated 04.02.2023 (Annexure P-6, page 27). In view of the aforesaid statement made by learned State counsel, nothing substantial survives to be adjudicated upon at this stage.
