***** JASJIT SINGH BEDI, J. (Oral) The petitioners seek grant of the anticipatory bail under Section 438 Cr.P.C. in a case bearing FIR No.19 dated 01.02.2022 under Section 18 of the NDPS Act, 1985 registered with Police Station City-2, Khanna, Police District Khanna, District Ludhiana.

The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that pursuant to the interim order dated March 23, 2022, passed by this Court, the petitioners have joined the investigation.

The learned State counsel on instructions from SI Davinder Singh submits that the petitioners have joined the investigation in terms of the order dated March 23, 2022, and are not required for custodial interrogation.

In this view of the matter, interim order dated March 23, 2022, is made absolute.

However, the petitioners shall keep on joining the investigation as and when required to do so and they shall abide by the conditions as envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.

The petition stands disposed of.
