**** JASJIT SINGH BEDI, J. (Oral) It has been brought to the notice of this Court that the certificate of Civil Hospital, Faridkot has been tampered inasmuch as rest for 15 days has been converted to rest for 75 days.

The Investigating Agency is directed to register the FIR against the petitioner and thereafter proceed in accordance with law. Faced with the situation, the learned counsel for the petitioner(s) seeks permission to withdraw the present petition. Ordered accordingly.
