Learned counsel for the respondent contends that entire evidence of the complainant is complete and it is only the petitioner who is to adduce his evidence.

If that be so, then I am of the view that the petitioner has virtually participated in the entire trial and besides, there is no sufficient ground shown for transfer of the proceedings.

Petition is thus dismissed.
