Petitioners have filed this petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for issuance of directions to respondents No. 1 to 4 to protect their life and liberty from the hands of respondents No. 5 and 6.
Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that marriage of the petitioners was solemnized on 14.1.2015. Certificate Annexure P-3 (Colly) in this regard has been issued by Gurudwara Dashmesh Pitah Patshahi Dasvi (Regd.), Sector-2, Panchkula. Photographs of marriage ceremony are annexed as Annexure P-3 (Colly). He has further submitted that petitioners have moved a representation to Senior Superintendent of Police, Gurdaspurrespondent No. 3 (Annexure P-4) but no action has been taken so far.
