Without commenting on the legality and validity of marriage between the petitioners, respondent No. 2-Senior Superintendent of Police, Barnala, is directed to look into the matter and do the needful, if required.

Petitioners are present in the Court. Petitioner No.2Jashanpreet Singh, is hereby directed to make necessary arrangement for fixed deposit of a sum of Rs. 2,00,000/- (Rupees Two Lakhs) in some nationalized bank in the name of petitioner No. 1-Manpreet Kaur, within a period of three months from today. The said FDR shall be for a period of 5 years. Petitioner No. 2 is directed to deposit copy of the FDR in the RISHU KATARIA 2019.03.02 13:59 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
