[1] By this writ petition, the petitioners have, inter alia, prayed for issuance of writ in the nature of Certiorari for quashing the impugned order dated 14/20.03.1997 passed by respondent No.2 with regard to charge of Sales Tax and Surcharge on the second sale of Gunny Bags.

[2] Learned counsel for the parties are agreed that matter is covered by decision of this Court in CWP No.13547 of 1997 titled as M/s Kurali Lakshmi Millings Workshop Co-operative Industries Society Ltd., Kurali Vs. State of Punjab and others decided on 18.09.2000.
