 The instant petition has been filed under Section 483 of BNSS, 2023 for grant of regular bail to the petitioner, during the pendency of trial in FIR No.76 dated 22.08.2023 registered under Sections 376, 450, 323/34 of IPC at Police Station Arniwala, District Fazilka. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present petition has become infructuous as the matter has been settled and the petitioner in the instant case has been acquitted.

In view of the above, the instant petition is dismissed as having been rendered infructuous.
