(Oral) This petition has been filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C. seeking interim bail to the petitioners in a case registered against them vide FIR No.264 dated 21.07.2016 under Sections 307, 302, 323, 341 IPC and Section 27 of the Arms Act, at Police Station Sadar Jind, District Jind, for attending the marriage of their niece on 03.04.2021.

Learned State counsel submits that due to paucity of time, he has not been able to seek necessary instructions from the concerned I.O. He, thus, submits that, in case, it is verified that the marriage of the niece of the petitioners is fixed on 03.04.2021, they shall be taken to attend the same in police custody from 10.00 a.m. to 4.00 p.m.

In view of the above, grievance of the petitioners stands redressed. Present petition is hereby disposed of.
